- Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (Monday - Saturday). You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.
- Shipping Time: After processing, your order will be shipped and typically takes 7 to 15 business days (Monday - Saturday) to arrive.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: The total estimated time to receive your order is 10 to 20 business days.
Please note that these are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or local postal delays.
2. Shipping Rates, Destinations and Carriers
- Shipping Cost: We apply a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.49 to all orders.
- Shipping Destinations: We currently only deliver to addresses in Australia, the United States, and Canada.

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address. You can use this number to track your order’s progress.
4. Taxes and Customs Fees
We guarantee that the total amount you pay at checkout is the final price. There will be no additional taxes, duties, or customs fees upon delivery.
